Natalie brings a wealth of experience, care and dedication to her role as a Driving Instructor and Owner of the driving school. She has spent the past 2 years organising and booking driving lessons for young people, giving her a strong understanding of the needs of learner drivers and their families.
With 10 years of experience as a bus driver, including 2 years specialising in transporting neurodivergent students, Natalie has developed a patient, adaptable and compassionate approach. She understands the importance of creating a calm, supportive and inclusive environment where every learner can feel comfortable and confident.
Natalie has also trained and scheduled other drivers and previously worked in Disability Employment Services, further strengthening her communication, organisation and people skills.
Now working hands-on as a driving instructor while owning and managing the driving school, Natalie is passionate about providing quality driver education tailored to each individual learner. Her focus is on building confidence, developing practical skills and helping students become safe, responsible and independent drivers.
